What Is Coaching?
Coaching is:
Coaching is a professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary growth in their lives, careers, relationships, organizations and businesses. Coaching is a method of identifying and achieving established goals through dialogue and an in depth assessment of your current self-beliefs and the necessary modifications needed to attain those goals. A coach will not tell you what to do or think but will empower you to make better, mindful decisions through thoughtful and provocative questions focused on solutions.
Talents, goals, and mindsets are different for each client and Trish approaches each session focused on your goals, ambitions and objectives. Trish designs collaborative alliances with her clients empowering them to uncover the answers and strategies they need to harness their potential and move forward.
Coaching is NOT:
MENTORING – when a seasoned industry expert with wisdom and guidance passes down knowledge to a rising colleague in his/her field.
THERAPY – where the professional examines the client’s past to try to understand how the past is influencing the present.
CONSULTING – when an industry expert is charged with providing direction to accomplish a specific goal.
Ready to take that courageous first step to experience the power of being coached by a professional?

How coaching can help you
A professional coach helps create pathways to identifying and achieving your goals. We are often unaware of our own potential, strength and courage that lies within us. A coach will help you realize those untapped resources and help bridge the gap between the current and the more powerful you. Unearthing the courage to embark on a journey of growth and change is achieved via thoughtful and thought-provoking sessions with your coach. A safe place where you can dare to dream, to strategize, to plan and to grow your life, your career, yourself.
