Meet trish
Trish serves on the board of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce; co-chaired the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Brooklyn Committee; was a member of the REBNY Education Committee; served on the Executive Committee of the REBNY NYRS, which accredited and issued the the New York Residential Specialist continuing education credit. She was the recipient of the 2019 Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce “Building Brooklyn” award, the 2017 Brooklyn Power Woman in Business award and is a graduate of the LeadingRE Maestro Leadership Institute. When not coaching clients and leading people to success, Trish is working on her first book “GOOD WITH PEOPLE, NOW WHAT?” and is the happy matriarch of a Big Fat Blended Family which includes 13 Grandchildren.
FUN FACTS ABOUT TRISH
She is a certified Yoga Instructor and was a USHA certified Youth Ice Hockey Coach. Neither headstands nor ice skates are required when working with Trish but she can help you learn those skills, too. Trish is also a wedding officiant, should the need arise.
A FEW EXAMPLES OF LIVES CHANGED BY TRISH’S COACHING:
- A young barista with no high school diploma was coached to attain her educational credentials and then secured a leadership position at a firm where she ultimately became a vested owner.
- A recent college graduate, disinterested in a corporate salaried position, had dreams of creating a substantial asset portfolio adequate for him to retire at 40…and he did.
- Having recently moved from Texas to NYC this organizational star found herself working behind the counter in a bakery. Working with Trish she identified and used her talent to become one of the top project managers in her field at a leading architectural firm.
- When his leadership position was eliminated due to a corporate merger, this client was coached through an emotional transition into a new field and new role where he ultimately became one of the highest producers in his new industry.
- A newly assembled leadership team was struggling to come together and accomplish the corporate mandate. Trish was brought on to reset the tone and realign the team. She created an environment where people felt heard, empowered and ultimately embraced their role as members of a team with common goals.
- A young woman returning to work after years of travel went from being an industry newbie to breaking records and, in her first year, awarded the coveted Rookie of the Year Award in a fiercely competitive industry.
- A top producing sales executive had plateaued. Trish's coaching enabled him to break the cycle and once again claim his place as one the highest grossing producers in his field.
- A young parent balancing the responsibilities of home and work, was fiercely determined to create a path toward financial success. Through her work with Trish she became one of the top producers in her industry and was awarded the industry's Rookie of the Year Award.
- Asked to turn around an underperforming division of a firm, Trish achieved over 500% growth within 5 years. The growth was in revenue, agent count and market presence. This was accomplished by recruiting to the firms strengths and her coaching of 160+ members of that division to achieve success based on their skillsets and niche marketing opportunities.

Graduate of invitation-only executive training program established by international real estate leadership association. MLI program is held over six months in several week-long immersion sessions with supplemental interactive video sessions between in-person conferences.

Community Involvement & Volunteering
Founding member of youth hockey stewardship organization and established a scholarship fund to allow those with less means to pursue their dreams in one of the most expensive sports in America’s most expensive city.
Founder of Bushwick-based not-for-profit organization promoting financial literacy and providing emotional support to at-risk teenage mothers in working class, industrial Brooklyn neighborhood. Established partnership with Ridgewood-Bushwick Senior Citizen Center, which then adopted and expanded the program to serve a wider geographic area.
